STAMPlorations Inspiration #124

It's a lovely Tuesday for a inspiration post, don't you think?  I'm currently not home right now but in Saint John with my husband and son.  My husband had some work meeting he needed to attend today and tomorrow and I had to work tonight doing a paint night party in Sussex.  This posed a problem with having only one car and no one to look after our son.  Soooo, here we are.  I'll drive from here to Sussex instead.  It's about the same distance.  Oh the things we do for our jobs.  My son is happy as he gets to stay in a hotel with a pool and miss two days of school.  LOL.

Anyway, it's time for another inspiration post over at STAMPlorations!  This week we are showcasing our fabulous STAMP girl, Deepti's stamps.  I love her wonderful images. Such variety and versatility. Here's my card....

I made this card for my husband.  It's his 50th this year and he's not happy about it.  LOL.  I stamped my candles (Party Mates set) and coloured them in with my Spectrum Noir markers.  I stamped the sentiment (Balloons and Banners set) in black.  I added the 50 with the Numbers Plate die.  I hand wrote the "th" with a black marker.

Well, I hope you pop on over to the main blog and check out what the rest of the amazing DT made.  Leave a comment here and there and be entered for a chance to win a $10 gift certificate to the STAMPlorations store!

Have a lovely day and thanks for stopping by!

  1. Really like your card. Sometimes I get stumped wondering what to do for a birthday card. Candles are always great.
